Who we are

Theresa Delvo

PT, received her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. With 18 years of clinical and administrative experience, she

served as  facilities director for Midwest Rehabilitation for six years prior to becoming  president and owner of Midwest Rehabilitation Inc. in 2002. Theresa is currently West Central Vice Chair for the Illinois Physical Therapy Association. Her professional interests focus on spine treatment, education and training to industry, workplace injury reduction and industrial rehabilitation.

 

Making a world of difference in physical and occupational therapy.

Barb Sullivan

PT, is our Facility Director, and brings over 25 years of clinical and administrative experience to the team.  She remains very active in both the IPTA and the APTA, including serving as

delegate to the APTA House of Delegates in June of 2006.  Barb also serves on the advisory panel for Bradley University’s Physical Therapy Program.

Tracey Maras

MA, OTR/L, CEES, has a bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy and a master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Illinois in Springfield.

Certified as an Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist and with experience in outpatient and adult acute care,  Tracey joined our staff in 2001.

Joe Williams

PT,  received a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from St Louis University in 1990. 

His professional specialty is orthopedics, but he also has a broad background that includes neurological rehabilitation and geriatrics.

Pat Townsend

PT, received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Louis University. She previously worked at our facility until 1995.

Pat returned to Midwest Rehabilitation, Inc. in 2005 and has a professional interest in orthopedics with a special focus on spinal treatment, especially osteoporosis.

Gail Heuschober

PT, MPT, is our newest Therapist, and comes to us from Maryville University of St. Louis. Gail has interests in manual therapy, orthopedic and neuromuscular disorders.

Christina Brinkoetter

PTA, is our Assistant in our Decatur office.  Christina resides in Decatur and has a broad range of experience in physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation.

Tabitha Houston

Billing Specialist, joined the team in 2006 and brings 8 years of reimbursement and collections experience.

 

Kim Padilla

Managerial assistant, has been on staff since 1991. She works directly with insurance companies, physicians’ offices and rehabilitation consultants in scheduling  and treatment approvals.

Linda Law

Our office secretary, is our newest member and has been with Midwest Rehabilitation Inc. since February, 2007.
